Create a Whack-a-mole style browser game

A Whack-a-mole browser game depicts a hammer for your mouse pointer. On mouse click it smacks down onto one of multiple targets (eg. mole) that randomly, briefly, pop up from hiding places, then ducks out of sight again. You have to be quick! This version will show as a background the spacious interior of a public building, think of a medium-sized bank, without furniture. The "moles" will be cutout portraits of real people. They will emerge from behind pillars or stairs and run quickly to a new hiding spot, or for the front doors and possible escape. A simple running animation involving just legs may be enough, and limited 2D head rotation (tilting) when vocalizing or emoting. Maybe mouth open/shut. Limited vocalization and emotes, just canned audio clips. Instead of a hammer, your mouse is a target circle. When you click, you fling an orange laboratory beaker away from the scene camera. It tumbles and shrinks in its just-slightly slow arc, and smashes approximately where a ray passing from scene camera through target circle would intersect with wall, floor, etc. If the orange splatter hits a Mole, a random pick of several unpleasant lethal experiences is depicted with animation. The Moles win points by escaping through doors and windows. Game over at 5. Sounds and cutout graphics must be easily customizable by us. We also may want to add/modify/position text inserts, or be able to overlay custom web elements.
