Create a Wordpress Dj

I need experience programmer in wordpress to customize me a wordpress website i can manage. The concept is pretty simple. On the home page, the will be large banner photo of the Dj and right under it will be a Music Play of collection of music. The page will be titles of Music Page, which when you click on it, you will be able to see a list of music in that category. The music link will be designed at [login to view URL] and link into each page. Each page title will have their won cincopa music page playing different music.
