I need someone to provide me an additional menu location for my wordpress site. Currently I have only two menu locations, one main and the other above main. I need specifically the menu location to be under my main menu, and have a "sticky" effect on scroll but leaving the main alone.. I want it to be exactly like this:[login to view URL] The secondary is under the main and the second menu stays on scroll while the main is left. Has to be exactly like this page. I will only use this secondary menu on a few pages so I need to select what pages will use it or not. Also I need to be able to change the text for the menu links as they will differ from page to page. I need this done immediately and don't want to mess up with my current theme though. email your thoughts on how you would go about doing this. Need Proposal on how you would do this!!!
