I will be using a commercial tool to create the installer in Windows and Linux. You can re-build the installers your-self in the future using the installer script that I will provide. It will build the installers by running Command-prompt/Terminal commands. Both installers in Windows and Linux will look the same. First the installer will check and install if not found the following, Apache, PHP and MySQL. Then install the rest. Although it can update the Apache, PHP, MySQL and other files, checking for updates needs to be done manually. Or you need to create a program that will check time to time for updates. If update is found, then this program will download the new installer and run it. So, I am a software developer and installer creator. I have ten years of experience. Hello, I'm a setup developer. I have 9 years experience working in Installshield (1,5 years in Wise). I can write batch files to automatic generating setups (checkout files from SVN, build setups, compress the setup, copy files appropriate path to server). I have a VMware Workstation software with lots of OS 32&64 bit to test the setup installation/uninstallation. (Xp, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Servers 2008/2012).
