Create custom pages for my wordpress website

I have designed a peer to peer website using the Marketify theme on Wordpress with the Easy Digital Downloads Front End Submissions plugin and need an improved homepage and to create a page where users can browse profiles according to categories. My website is a peer to peer marketplace that allows people to sell career coaching services. The website is jobucate.com. I would like my homepage to be similar to my homepage for my original website [login to view URL] (I am changing name and host) with a search bar however I would like two buttons above the search bar one of which says 'browse career coaches' and links to page (which I will require you to create) of vendor profiles and avatars that can be sorted by ‘Industry experience' similar to how my original site works and the other which says 'become a career coach' and links to the 'become a career coach' page which I have already created. You can use your creativity to choose an appropriate background image for the page or I can provide you with either the current image on [login to view URL] or the image I use on jobicate.com. This may require the creation of a child theme or widget but that may not be necessary as all the information is contained within the theme so I'm hoping there's a way to create those pages without altering the theme. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE CREATING CUSTOM PAGES ON WORDPRESS THEMES.
