Create a customized instagram analytics plugin for my wordpress website

Hey Everyone and prospective freelancers. My website is [login to view URL], what we need is someone who is highly skilled in custom plugin development and wordpress development. The website functions as a place where businesses and instagram influencers meet and work together on promotional projects (simillar in a sense to freelancer). What I need is someone to develop a customised plugin for the website to provide instagram analytics/metrics data for my users. This plugin needs to help facilitate the use of my website which is to serve instagram influencers and businesses. This plugin must allow users to log onto my website via instagram where users are directed to sign in with their profile. The plugin will then extrapolate data from their page such as: followers, instagram name, average instagram likes per image, average comments per image, engagement rate (which averages likes per image + average comments per image together and divides by number of followers) and location of followers. This must then be added as a tab as a part of each user's profile which will be viewable on their profile page (as a tab). The website requires the business to create the job and users can then bid or be invited to jojn the specific job. As a part of this plugin it must enable the business to recieve a report based on the success of the post. For example: Influencer A and Business A work together on an instagram post. Business A can then track the success of the post by seeing how much their statistics changed including: followers, average likes per image change, average comments per image change, engagement change etc. Please see: [login to view URL] as an example of the statisics for instagram.
