Hello! I can do this. The import of data can be provided by 'Publish to the web...' feature implemented in google spreadsheets. It can be imported as csv file and in this case it means parsing csv file and displaying results. This can be done using php or javascript. It is a few days work, I left 10 days term just to be sure.
