Create paid VPN service

Hello, I would like to launch paid automated VPN service. (Examples: [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) Here is job description: 1. Setting up VPN (I need only OpenVPN) and other necessary software like freeradius with MySQL on a hosting service 2. Creating a control panel to administrate customers and view their information, like their usage and payment information etc (maybe integrate WHMCS but you are free to work with what you view best) 3. Developing a secure checkout system with payments through Bitcoins and other payment processors or gateways 4. Create a script which automatically and instantly creates new accounts after successful registration and payment (+ email notifications with login information). Maybe add an option to create trial accounts 3. Configuring auto expiration on customer accounts; for example if they cancel their subscription or their payment fails. 4. Create simple client application to connect/disconnect to the VPN service showing connection informations IP/Duration (based on OpenVPN for Win XP-7) This is the general idea of the project.
