This is the requirement, I want to know the top 1,000 twitter influencers for certain 4 keywords. I require tweets mined for past 3-5 years. Can you get this data from [url removed, login to view] or other archives using a script?

The Data should include the associated meta tables(see below) and should be ranked according to the most active and influential people for the keywords I gave you.

This means those who tweet the most based on those keywords and those whose tweets have the most interaction.

My objective is to tweet all these influencers with certain content I have prepared over a period of time.

How would I go about this?

The data should be stored in relational databases with the following parameters.
