We are looking for someone to develop an online CRM system for use in the construction/demolition industry. It will need to have the following functionality albeit brief this is all the areas needed. This will need to be hosted online only and access via web browser.
Customer Data, i.e. address and contact details basic CRM
Tendering Stage with Document Attachment
Project Planning with updates like Trello, bear in mind projects can be in different phases but same client
PO system to assigned purchase and charges to each project/phase
Timesheet input and expenses again buy project/phase
Completion and hand over of documents with the creation of a document pack Health and Safety for Client
Additional parts are for training by staff and scheme/course for records so management can assign role to project/phase by accreditations
Ability to record HSE visits to projects/phases
Ability to store Asbestos Exposure Records
I have no idea of the costs so please don't be offended if the project rate is too low as this will be agreed on commencement of work. I am only looking for freelancers with experience in this kind of work and who has done this sort of project before so hopefully they can pull from the previous experience and code to make complete this project to the required standard.
