Custom Product Builder

Hi I have a current website that has been built using Ecommerce Plus PHP v6.5.5 [login to view URL] I am looking to incorporate a design builder tool into my site functionality for some new products that I wish to launch. I came across a site that has the exact funtionality that I need and I would like to incorporate that same ability with my own look into my site. Here is the exact functionality that I need. EXAMPLE [login to view URL] (I would like this same functionality with some enhancement to be incorporated into my current website.) Basics: Customer can select background color or background image. Add other logo vector or jpg etc. Add text or various other vector overlays – an example would be to overlay a black vector ribbon and then put text onto that ribbon. Text must be sizable and have font choices and follow a curve is required. The tool would be used for Drum Head design and 2 other products. This site allows users to build their own design or import images from [login to view URL] and add text etc. The product designer on - [login to view URL] is an excellent example and could be mirrored onto my site. I would like to have a different look and I have some different product types and shapes that I need to work with. The user needs to have full control to create their own custom design and I really like how the example site allows seemless import of images from the fotolia wed site. I would like to offer 3 sources for the graphics - 1: [login to view URL], where the customer pays a license fee for the image (this could be a standard fee). 2: [login to view URL], where the customer can import a free image. 3: My own image collection which offers some interesting ideas and hand picked designs. I would envisage the builder using low resolution graphics and then being used to point to the larger files for actual design and print. The actual image print size could be up to 48 inches in actual size so would not be feasible to handle as a .jpg on line. I basically do the work already and this design too would enhance the experience for the customer - giving them a hand in the design of their product. Functionality for the drum head designer would be much the same as in the example - I would like the option of curved text - not sure if the example has that or not. This should be enough info for now - I am looking for help and feedback on pricing for this project. I am looking for any proposals with a solution.
