Custom VPN Module with Windows Application - OpenVPN/PPTP/ L2TP/IPSEC Support

We are looking to offer a VPN solution, similar to the following: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We are looking for a custom solution where we can offer VPN hosting to customers. We intend on having hundreds of servers in different locations Here are a few of our requirements for the project: - We will need a way to automate provisioning of accounts with WHMCS (billing software) as WHMCS will be our billing and support system. - Users must have a way to track the amount of bandwidth they have used in a month in the WHMCS panel. - The WHMCS module must support suspending or terminating the user's VPN account upon WHMCS's suspend/terminate functions. - Must support PPTP, L2TP/IPSec, and OpenVPN protocols. - Must have ability to set simultaneous connections limit per package - Must have a Windows App, similar to the one VyprVPN, ExpressVPN and PrivateInternetAccess have. - The application must be easy for non-techies to use and navigate. Must have ability for users to select their desired location and VPN protocol type. - The application must have a feature to count the time the user has been connected to that VPN server - We will have multiple servers in the same location, the system must be smart enough to route a user selecting the location, to choose the server with the least number of current connections. It must also be smart enough to detect that if a server is down, a user cannot connect to it. - Must have an easy to use admin panel to add / install / auto-configure new servers - Must have an easy to use admin panel to add packages, manage users, upgrade/change user's packages/settings etc.
