Customer wallet Code for SAAS based web application

Looking for a developer who would be able to write code for Customer wallet of my SAAS based web services. Functionality would be.. New customer would get 1000 signup cash into their profile which they can able purchase on their first booking. 1. Customer can avail 10% discount of total bill which will deduct from the wallet. Ex :- booking amount 3000 Less 10% of that booking i.e 300 will be deducted from wallet(now remaining balance will be 700.----- You can check OYO Room or Ibibo for reference) 2. We also need cashback, where customer can avail 5% or whatever ratio will get into their wallet. Ex: -- As customer paid 2700 and their wallet amount was 700 so here customer can get 5% cashback of the amount which he/she paid. (balnace would be 700+ 135) 3. Referral code generation. 4. Referral amount will add up in new customer wallet and Referral Friend(If referred friend used the first service , Just like uber)
