Dealing with layer and figuer in GEF

I have an open source project that is developed in eclipse rcp and based on gef and emf. Due to my limited time I want to delegate some tasks to experienced ones. Tasks: 1- Implement container policy to a layer (Move of children): editPart class needs a container policy to make children move as the container moves. Also, children are not allowed to move out of container's boundary. 2- Fix drop listener of GEF figures: Event location in drop() of TemplateTransferDropTargetListener is not functioning well.
