Develop Daily Deals Website

Larevel 5 expert wanted. We personally like laravel, we don't have time for this project. We are looking for a PHP developer that will apply best practises so we can improve and upgrade the website easily later. Requirements: 1. MVC experience. (Laravel is MVC anyway). 2. Example for a work with laravel is preferred. 3. Ability to accept Paypal payments, and charge balance within the application (API is available on PayPal and well documented). 4. Login using Twitter, Facebook, and Google. 5. All Strings are located separately so we can add more Languages. 6. Log for the user activity. 7. Secure website. Scope: Users are visiting the website to track their online orders. They login, or register if they are not registered. Once they are logged in, they can order a service. Their control panel is fairly simple, they just need to see the status of their orders (Being processed, accepted, cancelled, pending, etc.) They can request a service that was added by the admin. If the user is admin, he/she can view the orders, change their status, remove users, modify their profile. Users must have the ability to upload files. Design is not important, we are planning on modifying it anyway. Sorry for the large text, but I wanted to make it clear before you bid.
