add new features to website

I want to offer free gifts to people who recommend my products to others which resulted in a sale. On my checkout page, I would like an option at the bottom of the page where customers can give their buddy a free product. the form should look something like this do you want to send your buddy a free gift yes or no option fill out your buddy email address and we will send them a gift. the email will go to the person who referred the customer and they will be able to click on the link which will redirect them to my website and they can choose a gift from my buddy program page. This page u will also need to create. It will be a simple submit form. my website is wordpress and it has woocommerce If you read this project and understand what i need put at the beginning of your bid (i can do this) all bids without this phrase will be ignored.
