Assistance integrating XML Job Feed capability/integration into WordPress JobCareer theme.

I am using the jobcareer WordPress theme ([login to view URL]). I require XML import functionality with the following plugin WordPress All Import ([login to view URL]) or something similar.
Ability would be for the Admin to setup a feed that can be run once or as a cron job that would auto import/populate/sync jobs with an associated WordPress account via XML feed from an outside XML feed provided.
Also I require the ability to generate an XML feed for the site that can be used by other job aggregators to pickup jobs from our site (ie: indeed, etc.)
