Bootstrap based input dashboard and XML connection

For a company the following is required:

There is a system that accepts inputs in a default XML file, with default data strings.

I have some Bootstrap theme's that we can use for users to input data.

Based on the user account, the account info will be added into the XML instantly.

Then the user can add extra information, about products and general other information.

This all get's connected to a certain XML data string.

When the user submits data it will get a pending status.

The company can the adjust or accept the data, before it gets pushed into the xml accepting system.
