I need a standard custom built form designed to attract new customers for my business that I have started. I have nearly completed building my own website and the form can be uploaded to the site.
The form is very basic. I rent different types of storage boxes to a small market of customers and I need a standard form made up so that visitors can get the best price quote on our range of boxes.
The standard information I need from customers on the forms include;
1. Basic contact details,
2. They select the type of box service they need,
3. The size of box,
4. The quantity of boxes and,
5. How often they need the boxes changed or serviced.
Customers may already be serviced by another storage company but maybe looking around for a better service and price.
The order of events goes something like this;
1) Once customers fill out the inquiry form and hit submit, the form comes back to me first with all their details on it.
2) All inquiries capture the customers contact details and is automatically re-directed to all Storage Company's, to get their best price quote.
3) The form also identifies which Storage Company's to automatically send the inquires to, based on the customers postcode.
4) The form is also sent, minus the customers contact details.
The Storage Company quote does (3) things ie;
1) Once a Storage Company submits their best price quote, the forms again, come back to me first with all their details on it.
2) The best price quote form is also sent back to the potential customer, minus the Storage Company's details.
3) Once customers receive their quotes from all available Storage Companies, the customer simply chooses the Storage Company with the best price.
Both parties pay a nominal fee to gain access to each others details.
