build a forum (with addons and security+protection)

I am planning to start a nice forum online with lot of features , i can also design forums and i have done in past with mybb,vBulletin etc,but was not able to get the security and addons sometimes which i needed most. so to overcome with the headache i am posting this project to get an expert to deal with this all.. The developer should be an expert in making forums and addons. the forums will be full customized according the needs..and developer will also tell me how to protect it with various online vulnerabilities and ddos protection... The developer will choose the server best for hosting and tell me for purchase... i will check at end,each security protection like ddos and other vulnerabilities that any hacker can bypass on the forums.. The developer will make all sections and posts required on forum after creation. Note-- This post is not for those who are new with forum software,i am an expert in making forums but still i am posting it for an expert who knows more.. so please do not bid in this project until you understand what you are doing.. a sample of forum that you can take--> [login to view URL] but that does not mean our forum has to do something with it.. it will be complete different on its own way an design.. yes you understand the security that it has. we need it.
