To build a functional web portal for creating sales quotation

I am a faucet and sanitary ware trader and I have multiple outlets. Many a times, prospective customers comes to my outlet and they ask for sales quotation. At present I prepare these sales quotation using an offline Java based software. I have attached the screenshots of this software along with this project description. There are mainly two types of screenshots. Firstly of the input screens of the software where a new sale quote is created by entering customer details, quotation type, product codes & quantities, discount percentage etc. Secondly, the output screens i.e. the completed/generated sales quotation, which can then be saved and printed so as to hand them over to prospective customers. I am a dealer of products of multiple manufacturers and thus there is a product database for each one of these manufacturer. These product databases are quite elementary and contains basic fields such as product code, cost price, sales price, product picture etc. With this software, I only need to enter the product code while preparing a sales quote and it fetches the rest of details from these databases. My present offline software only handles the product database of a single manufacturer. Now, I want to replicate the same functionality of creating a sales quotation via this online web portal. As I have multiple outlets, I need separate login for each of these users. These product databases will be saved online and so are these sales quotation. I want this web portal to be build in PHP/Javascript and will favor the bids from companies. Functionalities of this software will be discussed in detail with the suitable bidders. I am very clear with the scope/functionality of the project and there will not be much deviation in the functionality of the portal during the course of its development.
