Looking for a developer who can use "First Atlantic Commerce" API to create a payment gateway plugin for Hikashop (Joomla eCommerce). There are a few "First Atlantic Commerce" payment plugins for WooCommerce on Wordpress, but non for Joomla eCommerce plugins.
