Hi, I need website that will have about 5 pages on it, and in one of them there will be a form, in that form I will ask the user for first name, last name, Photo ID ( a picture ) and phone number. I need this website to be secure with highest encryption so no hackers can penetrate it, also I need the website to validate the photo ID vs first and last name, so if someone enters into first name JOE, last name DOE, and his photo ID says his first name is steve, then the website would alert that this is an issue.
