I am wanting a Server Based Block Grabber for an Android program called Amazon Flex. Blocks are released by their server and I am trying to be able to grab them before they get out to other users.

This project will be based on server side script which periodically request from Amazon Flex Server availability new blocks. If new blocks available, server side must "get" this block (response with my account data to accept new blocks).
