Build me a web scraper product importer for woo commerce & price/stock reviewer

Hello,
I want to build a plug in with the following aims:
1. Import products from one source. Convert from source website to woo commerce. Only new products. Must have functionality to understand what has already been imported or look at what already has been imported by SKU. Must either produce csv that can be directly imported or import through plug in, after review. Control what times this can be completed or one off. or set timers
2. Import price, sale price, stock qty from different websites. Compare vs sku. and capture name.
3. Use imported product (price, stock) and compare this with same skus imported and give dashboard
- by vendor - compare other vendors on site and from source website vs price and stock
- Overall marketplace. Compare price and stock. VS source website and give vendor insights. Ie cheapest, most expensive, stock. And vs overall database. each vendor should be able to review their skus on their dashboard vs source and overall.

we use word press/woo commerce/ Dokan
we are a multi vendor site ie we have different vendors
