We need an agency/individual that can develop a website with below requirements and also do seo for the site. I prefer the same individual/agency to do both
Website Requirements
1. two separate sign up forms for signing up buyers and sellers and store the data in database separately. Ability to regenerate forgotten passwords after signing up anytime in future with security questions
2. sellers section where sellers have an ability to upload a url/link and provide additional details in text boxes and confirm button confirming job posted
3. buyers section where after logging in with their ids/passwords, buyers can upload a url/link, additional text through text boxes and confirm button confirming job done
4. mechanism to receive notification for admin when a buyer confirms job done or when seller posts a job
5. mechanism to send notification to buyers and sellers from admin side and ability to send the same notification on buyer’s/seller’s personal email ids
6. ability to send/receive emails/messages and store the emails/past logs into the website for each buyer/seller
7. paypal/payment integration for receiving and sending money globally
8. homepage and all other page designs with attractive modern layout
9. ssl and any other necessary things
10. Hosting
11. Handover with relevant documentation about the code
SEO requirements
1. on page optimization for bringing the website on page 1 of google for the keywords I provide
2. social media marketing as needed with the purpose of bringing more buyers and sellers on the website
3. content as needed to build the online presence
These are not hard requirements and more can be added so need a flexible individual / agency that is willing to work the changes
