Build a Website for me

Hello I have an existing directory website which needs some developing. It needs a Registration page with three different types of user registration: Visitor registration, Agency registration and Service provider registration. Registered service providers, visitors and agencies will have a dashboard to update their details, upload photos, contact details etc. All the users will have Inbox system to check their messages and send messages. The front page will have a search engine to search the service providers by their age, sex, countries parameters. There should be an Admin Panel too to see all the users, manage all the registered users of the site, send them all messages and newsletters etc and enable/disable some site features. I think free open source CMS can be used and customized for this purpose. Please see [login to view URL] which can be used as a reference site. WARNING: The site contains adult materials but it's not a pornographic site. Current site is made using HTML/CSS. Lowest bidder will win the job and after successful com of this project he/she will win my other projects too. He/she will be my permanent freelance web designer. Bid accordingly.
