build a website for Games competitions

Hi, I want to build a website for Games competitions ... 1- to make contests between two players or more. 2- admin put fees and prize for each contest (for each game fee). 3- make account (free and paid account) for players, admin will decide the fees. 4- payment method in the website is : visa card - credit card - paypal - bitcoin. 5- players could share some links to their friends. most important: 6- can't join any player who didn't pay fees of the contests of the website. 7- choose winners of each contest automatically not by sharing screenshot of each player to decide how wined the game. website like : [login to view URL]
