change design of wp protfolio

hello i need to change the gallery section of this wp site [login to view URL] to exactly this design (exported from PSD) [login to view URL] currently, when the portfolio item clicked it opens a lightbox with featured image and a carousel that show additional featured images. i need that changed. to match this design. top thumbnail carousel = should be the portfolio items i currently have. the middle big image = the image which currently loads via the lightbox bottom thumbnail carousel = images of the carousel that load in the lightbox i need the big featured image and bottom carousel of the first portfolio item to load on pageload without needing to click to open a lightbox like we currently do. the bullets should move to the next bacth of images in the carousel. more detailed explanation in the attached mockup.
