Classifieds portal (please read then bid)

Hello, i am looking for a developer that can prepare a classifieds portal. User can choose to post their ad (optional with attachement) out of two options and tha post will be only visible for registered users: 1. seller offer 2. buyer enquiry - Posting is not for free, we will have different membership plans based on number of postings per month and we need to define a running time per ad. - User can pay for additional posting features like: "urgent", "sealed", "NDA", "featured". - Contacting is not for free, we will have different membership plans for our members. If an user likes an offer/enquiry they can contact the one who posted the ad. Then a kind of workroom will be openend for both where they can talk about the offer/enquiry. In this workroom they can have: - Chat possibility between users - Groupchat possibilty between users, so user can invite other people to join this conversation - Video call possibility between users - Group video call possibilty between users, so user can invite other people to join this conversation - Document sharing The workroom closing directly when the running time of ad ends. - There must be an user rating, so user can see if the counterpart is trustful. - KYC check too and show it in profile with a badge and a "premium member" badge visible. - User can pay our membership plan with local currency. - Country localization support: User can see directly his native language and local currency, so we need a currency converter in admin panel. - Multi- language translation tool so we can translate the website step by step. We will start at first with english. - Content writing included in english language for all pages and sub pages (also FAQ´s, Help etc.) - Report scam modul - Add to favorites possiblity - Member getting email notifications when a new offer/enquiry is posted based on their settings - Ticket system - Feature rich admin panel - UI / UX Design - Responsive - Logo - Full Copyrights going to us - Source codes delivered (unencrypted) - Completely tested for all browsers and bug free - Admin panel needs to be completely set up with all necessary details, including all categeories, taxes, currencies etc. No upfront payment and i will not set up the milestone before project is complete and finished. Onetime payment after the project is tested and done for starting. Kindly let me know the cost for Apps (iOS/Android) too. Once the website is finished we will move forward and develop the Apps.
