We are looking for a complex form builder which will integrate with our existing CRM system. We have written our own CRM system in php 8.1 and laravel 9.9 and frontend in tailwind CSS. We would require experience in these languages. We would like to make our web based product a form builder that allows you then to take certain actions depending on what fields are created. The way we vision this is lets say a customer has an A4 form with fields on there and they want to make this digital. you can create the fields, text, number, date, signature etc and drag and drop these fields and resize them on an A4 page to replicate what the user would have if they printed it off. They would then be able to fill in the forms digitally using a tablet or a phone and then if they select an "Action field" this then can be chosen to email someone, or to create a new form or a new task but the tasks can be identified in the settings of the field. So if you say tick (yes health checks have been done) then this then emails this form to an email of your choosing. Different fields can be created which follow a flow within the existing CRM, for example a client details sheet will then create a contact etc. The form needs to be customisable so that its layout can match current forms. It needs to be interactive so that certain fields can lead to more actions. For an example of this please contact us and we can explain in more detail. We just want a form builder creating so we can then generate all the forms for our customer without needing coding experience and this info is then stored in our core database. Our Core system has the following functionality: Tasks, Notes, Tickets, Assets, Customers, Contact, HR, Services, Suppliers, SMS Marketing. I would like a fixed price quote for this and estimated time scales. Happy to give you a demo of our existing system so you can see how we envision this integration to work. The price for budget is unknown at this stage so we would require an estimation from you guys and a time frame to work with.
