Hi, Having one question about your Requirement - "The only platform out of scope is C# !" 1. is it related to you dont have capacity with internal team in C# and want it to be done by freelancer? or 2. any platform can be used except C# in backend development ? Please look at my technical ability listed below. 1. I have Laravel 5.3 expert level skills and am good in architecturing very big scalable applications.
