We require a system managing a contract between us and our customers. This same system will also be used to manage contracts between vendors and clients, for another website. Concept: User creates a contract/service agreement document and sends to another user (ie vendor/client) Receipient receives notification by email and clicks on a link to review and edit contract Edits are saved in real time Once both users approve the document, it is saved in the archives. Additional full scope of work will be provided to shortlisted vendors. This system must be written in the latest Laravel PHP version. No exceptions.
