Dear John Caruso, I have gone through your requirement in freelancer and at first reading i believe you already have a programmer with you who has quoted for $1200. If you are not currently in contract with any developer, kindly chose us. We can provide you with full solution however the project budget is bit low as you would want native solutions on all platforms. There is another solution through which you will get ios, android, windows applications built using Hybrid technology (Phonegap). By this way, we can also have a webapp using same source code. I will look forward to hearing back from you. If you are selecting us, we can move forward as follows: 1. Have a discussion regarding the requirement via Skype/Emails. Combine everything and form the requirement document. This should be signed-off from both parties. 2. Mock-up designing - As per the requirement, we will provide you with mock-up for the screens/pages. We can change the screens as needed. The screens should be confirmed to move onto the next phase. 3.
