I only have budget of USD 200 till finish and no more. If this apps is useful for human and your work is great with high quality of course we can have long term collaboration in term of admin support maintenance and updating the apps periodically with every new release of technology and keeping the user data privacy secured. I want to create a mobile apps / a platform where people can share few details and based on the matchmaking algorithm, user will be shown perfect match for them The matchmaking algorithm will be using my own algorithms. Combination of classical western and eastern astrology plus machine learning to classify people's personality from the answered questions. The main features needed to create this mobile apps are: 1.
