create offline payment page

we want an offline payment page in 4 points, 1) single payment page with detail (order number - amount - name - first name - address - postal code - city - card number - expiry date - cvv) validation button at the bottom, customizable head, visa logo and mastercard. 2) after clicking on the validation button on the first page we arrive at a second page with a loading logo and a code to add or a direct validation 3) successful operation result or refuse 4) a secure back office panel which gives access to the customer data (step 1), which allows to select the code mode or direct validation) and (which displays the result on page 3). Live and instentaneous when the first page and completed by the customers, there is a loading logo that appears. the information is directly sent to the dashboard and the selection of the second page (code to add or mobile validation and selected from the dashboard and appears on the customer page on page 2, after entering the code and press enter or then after having validated by mobile (click on validate) the information arrives directly on the dashboard and the 3 e pager and selected on the dashboard (successful payment or refusal payment) it appears on the 3rd page for the client
