The deliverable is to create a program which will be used for football betting predictions and the program will decide on : a. different excel documents /or csv which will have results from 10 major football leagues showing wins,draws, 1st half, 2nd half, scores ,red cards, yellow etc for the whole 2019 can be retrieved from [login to view URL] ...for all major football leagues b. rss news ( it should read somehow news from different sport news, lie , kicker,italy etc) before the game starts c. It will be possible to enter the current odds offered by bookmakers ( before the game starts ) but will also have the option to enter live odds from live betting after a goal is scored . [login to view URL] will be able to insert the missing players and if important based on performance [login to view URL] see the crowd in the stadium and people attending in a match ( before and when the game starts ) f. To calculate that the chances are less based on the match duration ( if the game is on the 75th minute the chances will be less) [login to view URL] calculate which games are derbys ,with rival teams [login to view URL] analyze different odds offered by bookmakers in the same match l. give probability and maybe calculate and offer sure bets and some not very sure but with high stakes bets too. PS: i am not familiar with python or other program and i am not sure if i will be able to use it. so ,i need guidance
