Create 1 Screen with Android and send info to a Web Service

We require an experienced Android Native Developer, to create this screen with 3 tabs (we are not requiring to create more screens at this time, only this one with specifically 3 tabs) and also the Navigation Drawer. BUDGET= $100.00, if you bid more tan $100, your bid will be dismissed, if you are an experienced native Android developer this should take you a few hours of work, there is nothing complicated with the task. There are 8 more screens, this is one of the large ones, the selected developer will be hired for every screen as a separate milestone with a separate Budget. We are paying for a developer to create this screen only at this time. I'll be more than glad to hire the best developer for ongoing work that we need to complete.
