Create a simple wordpress plugin - find and replace

Hi,
I am looking for someone who can create a simple plugin for searching and replacing script (text) in posts and pages.
So the idea of the plugin is to create a small database of records with fields: Script/text to be replaced, New script/text (this needs to have option to be an URL as well), number of posts to be checked (last N days, of posts from Jan1,2017 to Jan31 st 2017, for example).
Script is doing search for keywords, and if found match replacing this with keyords from database.
