Create ViciDial CallCenter Server connect it to our CRM (SQL, AGI, AMI)

Please only join if "you" have experience with ViciDial, SQL, maybe Asterisk AMI and AGI. I want to start a online virtual receptionist. The CRM for our Clients is already developed. For this i need an Vicidial Asterisk Server with SIP Trunk and SQL (AMI, AGI) functionality. The CRM is already existing and operable. The "Live Agent Working Panel" where the Calls are incoming and the UI for the Agent has to create - for this we can use ViciDial. Its nessasary to install a Vicidial on a Computer, Sip Trunk install, DID and Extensions comes from the SQL or AGI (CRM Agentpanel). The campains must be sync with our own CRM. The Extensions should be created by SQL (AMI / AGI) aswell as the incoming call routes. Every Client has its own unique Landline Phone Number (SIP Trunk, DID). This allows to put the right informations to the screen of the [login to view URL] DID is in the CRM. Agent can click start/stop to enter the queue. After this he will get calls on the IP Phone, the Screen will change with the informations / ViciDial. There are some forms to create to put the informations from the agent to the sql database. Additionally we transfer incoming calls to the employees of our clients. The telephone rates are billed to our client (AMI or SQL writes in the CRM Database). You part is to do the whole ViciDial Asterisk AGI / AMI thing. Our other Developers (India) will do the Job together with you. Our developers will create with you the interface (ViciDial and CRM). It is necessary to work together. Questions will be asked and you have to answer;-)
