Create a web page and set up payment methods

Create a webpage, which will have: - home page with product description - registration page, where people can sign up - after sign up and validation people must be able to pay via cards and paypal - set up payment page (paypal + card payments) From customer point of view: 1. Customer goes on the web page 2. He enters his email, which will be his login and chooses his password. 3. Then he receives an email and clicks on the link to verify it 4. Then he is invited to make a payment and pays 5. Then he receives an access to his educational program (this access/link customer must receive via email + it must be displayed on the web, when he makes the payment). Whole job must be documented with full and detailed instructions, so that anyone with basic level of programming knowledge or without can repeat the steps/follow the document and install all from 0 on a VPS. There must be also an interface for web page with instructions, where we will be able to add/remove/modify the information/text. Web page must be in English and French.
