Custom Portal - API feeds connection

Greetings, As per my understanding, you want to integrate API which is main data source of portal. The Idea is to collect all data from the API and backend portal will manage and perform. All those actions, which mentioned in attached PDF but I must tell you that this project is not small and cannot be done in US $750, as this is very low budget. As I understood that there is no internal database and we are using all data coming from the API. Just so you know I am flexible in prices, as quality & long-term relationship is more important.
