Customize a job bidding wordpress theme, set up and make it multilingual

Details: I have bought a wordpress theme which is called Project Theme from [login to view URL] I need the following customization: [login to view URL] a customer posts a project, I want the process to start with the typing of the project and as the last step the registration. Here I want it to become only three steps and more simple - right now there are four with the last as "payment and finish" make this to be removed. 2. On registration I want the costumer to be able to log in with facebook and if they won't log in with FB they should choose her/his own password. When users choose to log in with facebook it should be required that they type thir phone and address (phone and house number should be sealed on their profiles). While posting a job, I want the "user type" to be removed. 3. When registering, I want the customer information (phone no., e-mail and house number on the address) to be sealed until the customer choses a company (freelancer). make the contact information on companies (freelancers) registered sealed as well until the customer choses a winner for his/her project. 4. I want to implement sms-notifications in addition to the existing e-mail notifications (maybe by integrating it to an existing plugin?). So sms notifications on every email notifications. 5. I want woocommerce as payment gateway. It is only the companies (freelancers) who pay a bidding fee and commission, so they should be able to deposit money with their card through Woocommerce payment. 5. On frontpage I need the "Browse freelancer categories" to lead to post a job instead of projects. 6. The existing rating system doesn't have a feature of gathering an average rating result, which I want it for the platform. Also that the companies should be able to export their ratings on their websites as a widget with my logo beneath it. Like this website has it on bottom right ([login to view URL]) from a similar platform. I want this tool to enable the registered companies to be able to export their ratings to their own sites, as a rotator with a general result on top of the rotator by these descriptions "excellent" "very good" "good" "medium" and "bad". I want this rotator to be linked to the company profiles on my platform. 7. New fields with geolocation/address. It is gonna be a platform where people gets quotes from service providing companies around the house, and moving companies are going to be our main area, so I should be able to type new fields with multiple geolocations which is going to be illustrated on the customers job description, like moving from A to B, and this should be seen on their address map on the job description. 8. Beautiful and simple facebook login and e-mail login option. Even if facebook login is chosen, the user should provide phone number and address. Phone number and the house number should be sealed. 9. I want only a message board (no private messaging, the existing one should be removed) which is private between two parties, and it should filter phone numbers (any number larger than 5 digits) e-mails and websites. While messaging about a project, I want a botton to appear clearly, which enables the project owner to hire the company/professional/serviceprovider. 10. On the profile page, the companies (freelancer) should only be able to see and do options for a company/professional. And on the customer side I want only to be shown the options for the cusomer to appear, and here I want everything about payment/finance to be removed as this portal will be free of charge for the customer completely. 11. I want to be able to put icons for various other notifications, such as "this profile is a registered company" "this company has insurance" "this company has no disputes" etc. 12. Design changes. I want the design to stand out and make it more modern and very responsive and mobilefriendly.
