I am look a strong developer or team of developers to implement stripe in my site. My site is ran laveral framework and hosted by AWS. I have already been verified by Stripe for the Stripe Connect payment processor. Background:
My site allow Organizer/Vendors to setup events and allows customer to purchase tickets to their events.
If customers purchase from your connected accounts, how will your platform resolve disputes or complaints? On the StubGuy platform, we have a dispute center that will give the customer the ability to open up a claim which the customer and vendor and resolve. However, in the case that the customer and vendor can not come to an agreement that went StubGuys steps in to rectify the issue.
Will your connected accounts have the ability to directly issue refunds and accept card payments from customers? StubGuys will have the ability to issue a refund and accept card payments from the customer. If a vendor needs to make a refund he/she can do so in our complaint center.
Can you describe in detail how your customers purchase goods or services from your platform and your connected accounts? StubGuys is a ticketing platform (e.g. Eventbrite, Universe). StubGuy provides a platform for event organizers(Vendors) to create events where event seekers (Customers) can purchase tickets and be able to see what events are going on locally. StubGuys charges a fee (Cost of ticket x 1.25%)+ 0.99 and Stripe fee (2.9% + $0.30). For example, Dave is a promoter and charge $20 per ticket to his event. Dave sells 100 tickets so Dave makes $2000. However, Dave will not get paid until his event is over and his event is dispute free. StubGuys make (20 x 1.25%)+0.99=$1.24 per ticket sold. Since Dave sold 100 tickets StubGuys will make 100 tickets x $1.24 StubGuys fee = $124.00. StubGuys will send Dave money to his bank account or debit card.
