Developer needed to connect Siteminder API to Expedia Group and Openpay (payment gateway)

We are a hotel who uses a Payment Gateway called Openpay:

This gateway has an API

Which we want to connect with Siteminder, which is the engine we use for reservations.
Additionally, as most hotels, we use Expedia and other OTAs for reservations, and we need ALL payments to go through Openpay.
The developer we are looking for should be able to use the APIs of
* Openpay
* Siteminder
* Expedia Group
So that all online reservations go through Openpay.
