Facebook target setting and adv for my website

hi all proffesion guys i am cooperate with other online business broadband company and i am looking downline to expend my downline network after survey, i found out main contribute sale from this online business from my downline is from property agent this is the reason : 1. they will try to promote broadband after rent or sale property 2. they are consistent to provide sale 3. they are using a very little bit time cost to close sale(customer demand) 4. they are the group are more possible to grow out downline for another level so i decide to create a website to attract more property agent to join this business for them and i done my website from myself and want to promote my website in facebook but i'm not sure how to find out / setting facebook adv for ideal people to register to join my business this is my blog, cooperate website and my facebook [login to view URL] (maybe will change domain name ) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] my requirement is : 1. find property agent only to join this program in country Malaysia (try to setup myself but result really bad ) 2. what should i do in facebook ads setting for target 3. how you find the target range in audience insight setting (please prove to me for let me understand how you find the result) 4. overlook website and request to improvement 5. other advise for my website and facebook 6. i hope whose advise/take the job from me is always relative about this industry 7. i try to use facebook to bring property agent to visit my website 8. any advice to increase tranfer rate 9. how much i should be spend in facebook adv for monthly 10. my furtuer advice planing (hope can give me a direction) i know i am greedy for this all, i also not sure how much i should pay to you all this is mine 1st time to use "freelancer" to find out result for me sorry for my budget problem i cannot effect so much after i build out my website and prepare spend money for facebook adv my target is every month add on 50 to 100 agent and produce RM 300 to RM 500 monthly (USD75 to USD125)income after 3 month to half year and target after 1 year provide RM 1000 to RM 1500 monthly (USD 250 to USD 375)income to cover thanks for help
