The original code was modified to implement in a verification. Afterwards a captcha was implemented. The verification is
not working properly with the captcha.

IS STATE
- Form filled out correctly and the captcha is checked -> a verification link is send to the user.
- Form filled out correctly, but the captcha is NOT checked -> a verification link to the user IS send anyway. (!!! WRONG)
SHOULD STATE
- Form filled out correctly and the captcha is checked -> a verification link is send to the user.
- Form filled out correctly, but the captcha is NOT checked -> a verification link is NOT send to the user. (!!! RIGHT)
Needs to apply to both forms.
Time sensitve: It has to be completed the lastest by tommorrow 12:00 pm European standard time.
