Fixing a simple PHP code to get result of Specific Stored Procedure in MS SQL Database. -- 2

I am looking for someone who is familiar with php, sqlsrv to work with ms sql db and usage of stored procedure in ms sql db. I have simple php code and ms sql database for the resp api. i would like to get the execution result of one stored procedure in my MS SQL DB via Using php script.. PHP script for Ms sql connection has been established successfully. In the database, php script to execute a stored procedure which has only one input parameter has been completed successfully as well. But What i want is to fix the result of its execution that gives "Resource id #3"(it returns no record ,despite existing data) in the case that it has parameters more than two, even if the result of sqlsrv_execute() is true. You just should work on my PC via Teamviewer. I have already wasted my a lot of time because of talentless guys, so bid this project and include "much exp" in your proposal, only if you have much experience in the kind of skills. timeline is 30 minutes.
