We need to input, part number and when we do so an automatic part number should be generated which is customised to my company. If we enter for example part 342338429 a part number for our company should come up as BUSS342338429.
So part number, part name, NEW PART NAME, machine make, machine model, machine year, quantity, value, location, date, issue date, issued to, DO reference, other, other, other.
Its basically for my parts department to cleanly and with no complications to maintain the parts inventory.
