1.2 Aims The aim of this project is to build a e-learning website that will teach users the basics of online trading and how to become successful at trading the online markets. An engaging, fun and challenging experience will be created with the use of games and quizzes. The system will provide learning information on critical trading skills such, as understanding chart patterns and technical analysis. Objectives Objectives for this project include: • To build a website that will teach users about trading the financial markets. • The websites interface will have a professional and consistent design. In terms of colours and structure. • To provide Visual clues and hints such, as buttons and tabs with textures will be created with the interface to make it easy for users to understand what actions to take when using the system in order to achieve outcomes. • The website will provide large amount of readable learning content, users can us to learn important subjects. • The website will provide quizzes so users can test themselves to see how much information they have grasped from the content they have learnt or just revise content that has been learned. • Users will able to take part in a guess word game in order to make their learning experience more fun. • To provided users with video content while taking part in the course that give detailed information on their learning. • The interface will be responsive, so users can learn anywhere using a small screen, iPad, and smartphones.
